Your current price list (PDF, photo or Excel), the duration of each service, any photos you have and your logo. On the Professional and Premium plans our team builds the service menu from these; on the Digital plan you enter it in the panel yourself or upload it in bulk from Excel.
On the Digital plan your service menu is live as soon as you add your services. On the Professional plan it is ready within 2–3 business days once we have your current price list. On Premium it takes 5–7 business days once the shoot is done and we have your information. We send your service menu for your approval before it goes live.
Yes. You can use your own photos on every plan. A new shoot is included in Premium and can be added to the other plans.
A photo shoot of up to 30 services: preparation, the shoot, editing and placing the photos in your service menu are included. Travel within Istanbul is included; travel outside Istanbul is quoted separately. The edited photos are delivered to you as high-resolution files, and you can use them on social media too. For items or services that aren’t shot, you can use your own photos or ask for an extra shoot. Reels, video and social media management are separate Digidodo services; we prepare a separate quote for them.
The customer chooses a service and taps “Request a booking”; a ready message such as “Hello, I’d like to book a Gel Manicure.” arrives on your WhatsApp, or they call you. You confirm the day and time; there is no calendar or prepayment in the system.
You can enter a separate WhatsApp number for bookings in the panel; otherwise your business phone is used. You can also turn off the “Request a booking” button.
No; Digidodo Menu takes no commission on your sales and doesn’t interfere with how you take bookings. Customers choose a service and message you; you arrange the day, time and payment the way you always do.
No. You change prices in the panel and your service menu updates right away. The QR code stays the same.
Yes. Add a session length to each service (“60 min”, “Trial + wedding day”) and offer packages such as a spa day or bridal package with photos in their own category.
Yes. Your spa menu can also be shown in English, German and Russian, and you can open a separate food and drink menu for your hotel restaurant.
Turkish, English, German and Russian. The Digital plan includes Turkish, Professional includes Turkish and English, and Premium includes all four; our team does the translation and extra languages can be added. If the customer’s phone language is one of the languages switched on in your service menu, the menu opens in that language; customers can also switch the language in the menu.
